Provide advice and support on best practice of Human Resources Management Develop and maintain strategies to manage staff in a competent and professional way, within a framework and within their delegated responsibilities. Carry out job evaluation processes using the relevant job evaluation system adopted by the organization at the time. Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect human resource strategies, employment agreements, changes in legislation, and HR best practice.
