รายละเอียดงาน - Formulate, implement and develop HR systems and processes. - Lead, Develop and manage for HR operations - recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits program, promotion, and employee relation - Execute day-to-day human resources operational and HR activities to support business executives and staff members. - Ensure manpower planning and staffing adequately support operation needs whilst controlling salary and wage costs. - Investigate any actions/events against the Companys rules & policies and advise to line manager the appropriate disciplinary actions. - Collect, check and keep the database up-to-date to produce monthly data and information for the management reporting system, to support management's decision making จังหวัด ระยอง อัตราที่รับ ไม่ระบุ อัตรา เงินเดือน 40,000 - 50,000 บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1.
