With at least 3 years experience in similar position 3. cope of work : Leading 2 shift mgrs to in charge one food production dept , ( with steaming . boiling and frying lines ) , around 200 workers 4. working in 2 shifts . ( 10 hrs per shift ). Other managers to co-ordinate with ; R&D Mgr, QA Mgr., Purchasing Mgr. and Export dept 5. Production and Raw material planning, Packaging planning, Batch testing for costing control, Quality Assurance practice and Specification control of product etc 6. Working days 6 days per week. May need to take shift to replace shift mgr in case regarding which not so often 7.
