รายละเอียดงาน -สร้างออเดอร์สำหรับการรับ-จ่ายสินค้าตามข้อมูลที่ได้รับแจ้งจากลูกค้า -ติดตามสถานะของออเดอร์รับ-จ่าย เพื่อแจ้งความคืบหน้ากับหัวหน้า -ตรวจเช็ครายละเอียดของออเดอร์กับรายงานของจริงเพื่อที่เราจะแน่ใจได้ว่าออเดอร์ได้ถูกจัดการอย่างถูกต้อง -จัดทำรายงานสรุปออเดอร์ และ รายงานต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากทางหัวหน้างานหรือผู้บังคับบัญชา -จัดเก็บและควบคุมเอกสารต่างๆให้เรียบร้อยและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด -ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อสรุปงานที่ต้องทำการรับหรือจ่ายในแต่ละวัน -ประสานงานหน่วยงานภายในและสนับสนุนข้อมูลเพื่อให้การดำเนินการบรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า -สนับสนุนข้อมูลต่อหัวหน้างานหรือผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อใช้ในการบริหารงานหรือการปรับปรุงงาน -ตรวจเช็ดและทำการเบิกอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการทำงานให้กับแผนกอย่างเหมาะสม -ดูแลทำความสะอาดและจัดเก็บสิ่งของให้เรียบร้อยในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ -เรียนรุ้และพัฒนาทักษะเกี่ยวกับเอกสารที่ทางหัวหน้างานหรือผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย -มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานให้หน้าที่ของตนเองหรือหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร อัตราที่รับ 2 อัตรา เงินเดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.- ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา 2. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านธุรการ หรืองานด้านเอกสาร 3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้พอใช้ 4. ปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ 5. มีความขยัน อดทน 6. ติดต่อ : คุณดวงจันทร์ สิมหลวง โทร : 090-198-6586 ติดต่อ Recruitment Team สวัสดิการ We offer attractive remuneration and benefit packages, extensive career opportunities with internal exposure and trainings to the successful candidates.
