รายละเอียดงาน 1. Reporting directly to Project Director. 2. Responsible as Project Owners representative managing and co-ordinating multi construction projects. 3. Drive the construction activities to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within cost and of the highest quality. 4. Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness. 5. Responsible for project financial management and reporting, including cash flow monitoring and projections. 6. Obtain the necessary authority approvals and manage the contract & tender process. 7. Master degree in engineering or MBA is highly preferable. 4. Having minimum 10 years experience in Civil Engineering and project management. 5. Computer literacy, MS Project, Auto CAD 6. Strong leadership, able to work under pressure and excellent presentation skill 7.
