รายละเอียดงาน Responsibility Analyze Profit and Loss of every business unit (BU) especially focusing on HC, overtime, subcontractor, MHE, pallet usage vs Revenue and evaluate Analyze productivity of each BU and then compare to other BU if similar Financial post go-live audit compare to BD cost model, gab finding Review billing of new customers compare to commercial arrangement with customer.
