รายละเอียดงาน Manages operations on site and to oversee and liaise with a team of site technician staff Attends to Tenants requests, complaints and enquires Manages and maintains Strata Titled units/Landed Properties and to perform FSM duties Manages all upgrading and A&A works on sites and to supervise both term and ad-hoc contractors relating to building maintenance Ensures timely submission of reports and preparation of budgets to higher HQ Any other duties as and when required จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร อัตราที่รับ 3 อัตรา เงินเดือน 30,000 - 50,000 บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Good people management skills, presentation and communication skills 6.
