รายละเอียดงาน 1. Participate for Route Management Operation to ensure it operated according to company policy and regulatory practices 2. Support Manager to follow task achievement those given by TOP management 3. Support for Route and Zone planning in term of design (Engineering), Re-design(Re-Engineering) Route 4. Keep monitor the team Performance, supervise them to maintain its smoothly 5. Analyze all available data/information to find improvement feasibility or oversee unpredicted situation 6. Initiate the optimization model for route and scheduling planning in order to satisfy customer needs, align to business strategies, risk management, cost optimization 7. Analyze the issues, create the problem solving method to find out the root cause. Countermeasure and set preventive action 8. Coordinate with cross function team both internal and external to ensure operation work or go forward smoothly 9. Works across the organization such as MP operation, Vendor Management and Partner supports to meet business strategies 10. Work with Route Management manager on department issues 11. Emphasis the employee development and motivation. 12.
