As a technical specialist, serves the executive in the
application of Total Quality Management concepts, principles,
and processes
for an assigned of responsibility
Act as TQM's direction control the business unit leader to
perform their role to be consistent with TQM approach
Maintain effective role of leader, coach and advisor to
business unit to optimize the use of resource and go
through productivity
improvement
Be able to identify and implement new approaches to TQM
characteristics
Contribute new techniques and practices which are regarded as
major improvement in the quality management
Can apply intensive knowledge and experience in TQM,
Sixma, productivity improvement and cost reduction to
your coaching methodology |
