1.Provide personal administrative support to the Managing Director
2.Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations
3.Plan, prepare and coordinate meetings and conferences
4.Prepare, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
5.Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing |

1. Female, 23-30 years old, Thai Nationality Only
2. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Social Science or related field
3. Minimum 2 -3 years experience in secretarial work
4. Good command of English and Computer literacy
5. Have Toeic Score is a plus (650 up)
6. Good interpersonal relation skills, coordinating skill and analytical skill.
