- As a operation management, serve the company on the overall manufacturing and the strategic
direction of operational aspects
- Ensure effective management of production efficiency to reach maximum capacity of deliverables
- Contribute to strategic planning, productivity improvement, cost reduction, safety management
and product development to meet the bottom line of customers expectation
- Foster and develop manpower to achieve high rated performance |

1. Age minimum 35 years
2. Bachelors Degree or higher in Food Sciences, Food Technology, Industrial Engineer or other
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in food manufacturing plus 2 years in production/operation
4. Experience in Food Industry would be preferred
5. Good command of English and MS Office program
6. Demonstrate systematic thinking |
