| REGIONAL SALES MANAGER |
- Manage the agreed business activity levels and business performance of the region to meet the
agreed and defined Key Performance Indicators including acquisition of quality business, and
customer satisfaction
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, optimal market coverage, realize any market segment
objectives, and ensure optimal market penetration in any specified segments
- Plan resource allocation, and be responsible for financial viability of the Region
- Effectively lead and manage the Area Sales Managers in the Region, providing them with
ongoing coaching and development to enable them to better manage their sales teams
- Ensure that the sales behavior, sales ethics and sales practices of the Area sales teams
comply to Company standards and regulations
- Work with the Head of Sales to define sales strategies and initiatives that will cause improvement
of sales performance across the business |

1. Thai national, age maximum 45 years
2. Having a University degree
3. At least 5 years experience in sales management at supervisory leve
4. Able to communicate in English (will be an advantage), able to motivate, and good appearance
5. Good presentation and communication skills
6. Good coaching and people development skills
7. Highly developed selling, closing and advisory skills
8. Personal organization and time management skills
9. Excellent interpersonal skills |
