| PRODUCT MANAGER |
- Conduct under supervision of Category Marketing Manager to develop marketing activities for the assigned products to achieve marketing objectives
- Monitor and keep track of Advertising and Promotion spending allocation for responsible products to support the marketing activities.
- Provide own sales figure to Category Marketing Manager to analyze marketing activities performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitors activities and consumer insight to propose effective counter measures.
- Implementing marketing activities under supervision of Category Marketing Manager.
- Initiate marketing activities for the assigned product to ensure realization of the sales target.
- Report at least weekly to Category Marketing Manager on the development of each assignment.
- Work closely together with Sales and Trade Marketing Department to optimize the total performance of marketing activities for the assigned products.
- Monitor the performance of the advertising agencies.
- Contribute to optimize the result of marketing activities of the assigned products.
- Maintain liaison with other departments, agency and suppliers to ensure good coordination and effective implementation of plan. |

1. Minimum 27 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration with major in Marketing or related field
3. Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing field (experience in FMCG, snack or dairy business Company
4. Be able to manage and evaluate marketing activities; advertising, sales promotion, product research, and product development of the responsible products with respect to marketing plan
5. Requires minimum TOEIC score at 650
6. Good interpersonal skill
7. Good team player and cooperative skill |
