- Accountable for the sales and of company's product
- Prepare sales plans and oversee implementation of promotional programs,
including sales strategies and action plans
- Responsible for the continuous advancement of the Sale Representatives through regular
performance review, reports and proper coaching and training
- Responsible for planning and implementing activities to achieve agreed sales and profit objective
- Monitor closely on market activities and sales performance |

2. BA or higher in Marketing Management and Sales Management
3. Minimum 5 years experience as Manager either in the area of sales or marketing

6. Possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills
7. Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills |
