| HEAD OF LABOR RELATIONS |
- Research current and potential labor relations problems, opportunities and issue and evaluate
impact
- Recommend alternative courses of action
- Develop plans to address specific issues
- Coordinate local level negotiation and/or participate in negotiation of multi-location
agreements with unions
- Advise location Human Resource Manager and line management how to handle specific
labor relations problems
- Handle grievances and serve as organizations arbitration representative
- Assure compliance with contractual agreements
- Maintain informal communication with union leadership on a continuing basis |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Thai, Male/ Female, age over 35 years
2. Preferably degree or equivalent experience, 6-7 years, in HR Management
3. Thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines, i.e. staffing, employee relation, employment law, and compensation & benefits management, plus business and organizational awareness
4. Efficient in information management thru PC programs operation, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or related programs
5. Ability to translate vision into results (Logical Thinking, Situational Analysis, Initiation,Systematic Work Process Establishment & Implementation)
6. Competence and comfort operating in change & matrix environment
7. Good command of Thai & English speaking and writing
8. Active, hard working and result-oriented |
