| Training Executive |
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development :
To conduct training need analysis, curriculum designing, and Training road map.
To plan annual and monthly training & development plan, Budgeting and Training report.
To conduct Orientation program , Supervisory Skills and Communication Skills.
To assess post-training knowledge and evaluate the employees progress for further development.
To develop performance management, career development plan and follow up individual
development plan (IDP) for all positions.
To establish appropriate links with external professional training institutions.
To update the Operations Manual and Training Manual in a well organized system.
Recruitment :
To recruit staff including Management staff and Operations team starting from Supervisor
level up.
To conduct effective recruitment with Operations team.
To initiate job advertisement of operations recruitments for all airports and responsible for
sourcing right candidates for all airports
Employer Branding
To assist HR Manager in developing the Student Internship Programs
To coordinate and organize with the target universities for Career Exhibition / Career talk.
To organize the CSR activities as planned by HR Manager once a year |

2. At least 1-3 years experience in training with evidenced tracked record of achievements in
3. people development (Conducting Training experience is a plus)
4. Strong in inter-personality , out-going and service minded
5. Good command of written and spoken English Language |
