Planning, leading, motivating, and managing HORECA Sales team to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently to maximize the sales objectives and increase profitability.
Drive selling activities and determine potential business opportunities, forecast and budget in line with financial requirements.
Regular customer reviews on pricing and overall satisfaction to ensure alignment between customer needs and the internal business requirements of the company.
