Assistant Recruitment Manager

1. Develop and execute recruiting plans of monthly employee
2. Manage Job vacancy by searching and screening the potential candidates.
3. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plan and implementation.
4. Research and recommend new sources for potential candidate.
5. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
6. Build networks to find qualified and potential candidates.
7. Update Organization chart and Job Description for monthly employee.
8. Update all related recruitment reports and develop related recruitment form.
9. Act as Recruitment Team Leader and manage Recruitment Team to achieve target.
10. Perform other jobs as Recruitment assignment

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. BA in Human Resources Management of related fields.
2. At least 5 years experiences in Recruitment in Manufacturing Industry.
3. Interpersonal skill,Good team player,Work effectively under pressure
4. Good English communication and computer skill.
