R&D Supervisor (Asia Product Development Supervisor)

1. Closely works with the Head of Sales-Asia on the activities related to products of assigned Asia customers.
2. Responsible in meeting all customer requirements in the development and improvement of new and existing products and processes before or within the specified time.
3. Issues specifications for raw meat, ingredients, process and product standards that ensure productivity and cost-savings benefits.
4. Works closely with Production and QA teams in ensuring that quality is maintained and observed at all times during actual operations.
5. Directly contacts suppliers on ingredients' availability and composition and specifications.
6.Provides costing reports of new and improved products to the R&D person in charge.
7.Works closely with the Packaging and Process Development in the development and improvement of new and existing products

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor in Food Science or related field
2. At least 2 years experience in food industry, preferably in product development
3. Good command in written and spoken English
4. Strong innovative and analytical skills
5. Knowledge in computer application
6. Based at Ongkarak Plant (Nakorn Nayok Province)
