Instructional Design Executive

- Design, develop and deliver both distance and in-class Web-based training programs and courses including all courses materials, activities skill assessment and knowledge test.

- Supervise and collaborate with multimedia team to create interactive multimedia training application and learning programs

- Work with E-learning personnel to oversee and maintain the content on Learning Zone.

- Review online training material and documentation to keep them up to date.

- System administers Development Need Inventory (DNI) and Test craft knowledge assessments for restaurant management and supervisors within the Region as needed.

- Leverage technology to improve interactive learning media and improve the effectiveness of training

- Monitor on-line training execution

- Other duties/initiatives/projects as required by Supervisor.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Masters degree in the field of computer science, instructional design, or educational technology, and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
2. Oral and written English capability preferred
3. Direct, recent experience with e-learning development, curriculum design, training methodologies and online education
4. Strong familiarity with recognized e-learning technical standards
5. In-depth, hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies and multimedia application including Flash Animation
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on coaching and motivation skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
8. Ability to manage multiple initiatives with little supervision
