Project Management Executive

Liaison with relevant authorities and/or building management to obtain implementation permit
Prepare investment budget
Coordinate with Design Department and Restaurant Excellence Department to ensure the design will be delivered accordingly to the agreed timeline, concept, and budget provided
Verify to approve drawings prepared by designer
Procure service from suppliers through tender selection process
Prepare contract for the Companys authorized personnel and suppliers signatures
Attend site inspection periodically to follow-up the progress and to solve problems concerned
Verify payment and invoice of supplier, including variation order, to ensure its correctness and completeness
Approve job finish delivered by supplier
Handover job to Operations
Conduct project closing and close gap derived from learning

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai national
2. Bachelors in the field of Engineering
3. Minimum 7 years experience in the field of (minor) project management and control. Familiar with construction, mechanical and electrical works
4. Good command of both written and spoken English
5. Good leadership and management skills
6. Good interpersonal, communication as well as presentation skills
7. PC literate, able to use MS-Office, MS-Project
8. Have own car
