1. Male / Female, age 26-36 years
2. At least vocational certificate in culinary schoolor college of higher in any related field
3. At least 1-4 year experience as a Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in 4-5 star hotel / restuarant or airline catering business
4. Able to communicate in English
5. Strong in inter-personality, leadership, creative skill and motivate a team
6. Creative, innovative with a flair for international coisines and food concepts and prepare banqueting
7. Understanding of Food Cost
8. Stock Control Procedures including stock take
9. Management ability including rostering, cost of labour etc
