| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Male, age 25-35 years
2. At least vocational certificate in culinary school or college or higher in any related field
3. At least 1-4 year experience as a Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in 4 - 5 star hotel / restaurant or airline catering business
4. Able to communicate in English
5. Strong in inter-personality, leadership, creative skill and motivate a team
6. Creative, innovative with a flair for International cuisines and food concepts and prepare banqueting
7. Understanding of Food Cost
8. Stock Control Procedures including stock take
9. Management ability including rostering, cost of labor etc. |
