Operation Systems Development Executive/Section Manager - Establish specific field operations support objectives for Brand Field Operations and ensure that it is aligned with the department’s annual operating plan. Review periodically to ensure that the objectives are met. - Act as the key field operations liaison between Brand Field Operations and other departments to provide input, decision making, as required and assistance in the execution and review of operating systems and processes associated with new product/equipment rollouts, marketing campaigns, restaurant controls, procedural compliance and operational training. - Establish a strong working relationship with Brand Field Operations management teams in the market, providing effective and ongoing feedback on operating systems and processes standards compliance, cost/efficiency programs, operations training and restaurant controls. - Provide appropriate coaching and recognition within the team to build the “How We Work Together (HWWT)”. Execute with positive energy and intensity. - Other duties/initiatives/projects as required by Supervisor.
