| Inbound Manager (Customer Service Manager) |
Able to define plan/process until detail procedure to execute QC, agent service control
Manage workforce and necessary resources to meet department target with effective cost
Handle customer complaint from voice & non-voice channels
Monitor staff and create Day to day operation control report
Coaching and training staff to perform high effectiveness and encourage teamwork atmosphere

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Bachelor Degree in IT, Science or others related field
2. At least 3-5 years experience in customer service
3. Experience in telecommunication or mobile service would be advantage
4. Good knowledge in mobile device, Tablet, computer PC and technology gadget which operate on platform IOS, Andriod, Window or Mac OS
5. Good command in English both speaking & written
6. Computer literature - Word, Excel, Powerpoint |
