บริษัทฯ ผู้ผลิตปั๊มน้ำ/ มอเตอร์/ มิเตอร์ / อลูมิเนียม Die Casting จัดจำหน่ายและให้บริการหลังการขาย เครื่องจักร Laser Cutting / EDM / Wire - Cut มีความต้องการบุคลากร ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเข้าร่วมงานเพื่อรองรับการขยายงานในตำแหน่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

Administrative staff

Provide day to day general affairs and administrative duties supporting engineering division:
- Develop and maintain documentation of new products e.g. catalogue, drawings, specifications, reports.
- Manage ISO Document Control including updating, recording and distributing documents to departments which concerned.
- Prepare monthly management report, annual budgeting and comparison.
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up work orders.
- Secretarial work e.g. Arrange meeting, Prepare Travelling Request, Cash Advance Request, Clear all expense claim for management.
- Purchase and keep record office stationary, office supplies, tools/equipments and etc.
- Perform other related duties as required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Female and age between 22-30 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
3. Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
4. Good personality, service-minded, positive attitude
5. Proficiency in computer (MS Office applications: Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and other office tools e.g. printer, scanner, copier machine etc
6. Have experience in technical administration/ ISO9001/ MFG Pro is a plus
