1. To drive the sales performance toward company target and profitability goals, across channels (counter in department store and own shops)
2. To developing the potential new business and explore the channel expansion
3. To initiate the sales and marketing stategic plan and evaluations based on regular basis preparing,
striking to achieve the plans, identifying the consumer trend.
4. Forecasting the requirements : preparing the annaul budget, expenditures, analyzing all the
the variances
5. Planning, developing, executing, and evaluating to the marketing communications tools, promotional campaign, sales action to achieve company sales targets.
6. Secure the brand at the right positioning and right image to core targets.
7. Identifying the primary and potential consumer target, market competitors, market landscape analysis and projecting the business market oppportunities.
8. Performing and improving the productivity of teams to fulfill the company and mutual goals. |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Males or Female, age 30 plus with good personality. Degree in Marketing, Economics, Retail management.
2. At least 3-year experiences in Fashion retail management, womenswear industry would be advantages.
3. Managerial skills leading the sales division with proved record.
4. Keen experiences with Department store buyers would be a plus
5. Competency to carry the strategic sales multi-dimension : sales forecast, sales analysis, formulate the business sales plan, budgetting, also covering the area of sales staff performance, retail management and inventory.
6. Knowledge in visual merchandising, merchandise assortment to interpret and recommend to VM and display team.
7. Strong leadership to provide the concrete coaching and supervise the sales team to achieve company sales target and profits.
8. Positive attitude toward any circumstances of people, process, problems.
9. English proficiency is essential (writing, speaking and reading)
10. Passion in Fashion industry is much preferably. |
