-Responsible for Production,Planning,Engineering, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
-Managing Product quality and cost control.
-Collaborating with marketing and other department to ensure products meet business expectation.
-Increase Productivity and continuous improvement.
-To manage each department to reach KPI target.
-To lead in developing short term and long term company business plan.
-Other duties as assigned. |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Male or Female, age 40 years up.
2. Bachelors or Masters Degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or related field).
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in Factory Management.
4. Experienced in Cosmetics and Personal Care business will be and advantages
5. Willing to work hard and can work under high pressure.
6. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality products within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
7. Self motivated and results oriented
8. Strong leadership skill, communication skill and excellent ability to motivate others. |
