| Architect & Interior Design (Senior Officer - Assistant Department Manager) **PORTFOLIO is required |
1. Planning, designing and implementing design projects of residential, hotel or condominiums.
2.Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity, selling merchandise, or improving life style. May specialize in a particular field, style, or phase of architect / interior design.
3. Develop and coordinate the construction effective.
4. Coordinate the design, project management , together with the other parties involved. |

1. Male/Female 28-35 years old ( Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Architecture.)
2. 5-7 years work experience in Architect / Interior design of real estate. (condominiums and Hospitality)
3. Qualifications in Real Estate are advantageous (Construction Design Develop + Supervise)
4. Possessing creativity thinking, result and details oriented, and problem solving skill.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel) MS Project , AutoCAD, Photo shop, Sketch up. |
