| Commercial Senior Sales Manager |
-Department's MBO, 5S management, SOP review & modification.
-Daily/Weekly & Monthly pipeline tracking and management.
-Project manager's (commercial team member) customer/market visit plan review & support management.
-Assist team member to increase project (deal) closing/successful rate & new pipeline.
-Team's KA (key account) follow-up and tracing.
-Monthly / Weekly report management.
-Identify sales prospects, contact and proposal.
-Report to MD. |
