| Retail Sales Supervisor |
1.Maintain, Control, Monitor and Motivate PC.
2.Maintain, Contraol and monitor stock on floor.
3.Maintain good relationship with the floor manager.
4.Follow up with daily product delivery, product change and customer complaint.
5.Coordinate with store and PC to clear deposit and payment.
6.Collect market update information e.g.promotion, competitor's product / sales / pricing and leaflet
7.Sales planning to achieve monthly target and break down to weekly management
8.Follow up with PC for stock report, punch card, leave form, resignation form
9.Organized visit paln for tore, PC and stock inspection
10.Product training for PC
11.Daily sales summary

14.PC punch card
