| Ocean Operations Officer |
ติดตามประสานงานกับสายเรือ เอเยนต์ และลูกค้า ตามเส้นทางการขนส่ง เพื่อให้การขนส่งทางเรือจากต้นทางถึงปลายทาง ตามกำหนดเวลา และสามารถนำส่งสินค้าที่รับมาได้ถูกต้อง
จัดทำใบกำกับภาษี ใบขนสินค้า ใบงาน และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการส่งออกทางเรือ
ติดตามและติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและ CEVA Destination Office เพื่อการส่งออก
ติดต่อและประสานงานกับแผนกรถขนส่งและแผนกพิธีการกรมศุลกากรเพื่อการส่งออก (ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า)
ออกเอกสารขนส่ง HBL, FCR ให้กับผู้ส่งออก
ออกเอกสารการจองเรือ (Booking Particular) ให้แก่สายเรือและเอเยนต์
ออกเอกสารและตรอจสอบ(Invoice) เพื่อเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายต้นทางกับผู้ส่งออกอย่างถูกต้องและตรงตามเวลา
ออกเอกสารและตรอจสอบ(Invoice & Profit Settlement) เพื่อเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายปลายทางกับCEVA Destination Office อย่างถูกต้องและตรงตามเวลา
ออกเอกสารใบหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (With Holding Tax)ให้แก่สายเรือและเอเยนต์ อย่างถูกต้องและตรงตามเวลา
ออกเอกสารค่าใช้จ่าย (Payout) เพื่อให้ทางแผนกบัญชีออกเช็คค่าใช้จ่ายให้แก่สายเรือและเอเยนต์ อย่างถูกต้องและตรงตามเวลา
ประสานงานกับพนักงานรับเอกสารสำหรับรับและส่งเอกสารให้แก่ลูกค้า สายเรือและเอเยนต์
จัดส่งเอกสารที่สมบูรณ์ให้แก่ CEVA Destination Office (Pre-Alert)
ป้อนข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ FAMS/GSU/AMS อย่างถูกต้องและตรงตามเวลา
สรุปและรวบรวมข้อมูลรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือนให้แก่ผู้จัดการแผนกอย่างถูกต้องและตรงตามเวลา |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป
2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการธุรกิจขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ (Freight Forwarder) อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
3. มีทักษะในการอ่านเขียนและเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
