1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer, Chemical, Science Engineering.
2. Have experience in R&D, Production/LAB 5-10 years.
3. Specialist in rubber, plastic, adhesive process.
4. Have knowledge of ISO/TS16949.
5. Strong management and problem solving skills.
6. Have team leader and presentation skills. |
