| HR & Admin Manager (สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษและญี่ปุ่นได้) |
- รับผิดชอบในส่วนของ HR & Admin ทั้งหมด
- เป็นผู้เริ่มวางแผนและดำเนินการร่วมกับทีมงานชาวญี่ปุ่น เพื่อก่อตั้งบริษัทสาขาประเทศไทย
- เป็นผู้นำในการเตรียมระบบต่างๆ ขององค์กร เช่น โครงสร้างเงินเดือน, สวัสดิการ, รูปแบบและลักษณะองค์กร, รวมถึงขอบข่ายหน้าที่รับผิดชอบของงาน HR & Admin
- ประชุม รับข้อมูลและคำแนะนำจากผู้จัดการสาขาหลักที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และนำมาปรับใช้
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และตามการวางแผนของทีมงาน

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Male/Female, age 32-45 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher of HR, Business Administration, Management or any related fields.
3. Have experience in HR at least 7 years and also Admin.
4. Have experience working in Japanese company at least 5 years.
5. Having experience of setting new plant company will be advantage.
6. Good command of English both written and spoken
7. Able to communicate in Japanese (with JLPT level 2 up)
8. Good computer literacy
9. Have leadership, initiative, and problem solving skills
10. Responsible, moral, and rational |
