Financial Officer (ประจำอาคารสาทรธานี 1 ติด BTS ช่องนนทรี)

1. Monitoring and managing for day to day credit matters as well as billing and collection.
2. Responsible for cash management and all aspects of financial operations
3. Verify payment transaction and ensure compliance with tax regulation and tax payment.
4. Assist to manage cash flow on weekly and monthly basis.
5. Lease and communication with banks for various transactions dealing with bank transactions (P/N, L/C, L/G, TR and etc.)
6. Prepare and follow up the AR overdue and aging report.
7. Handle doubtful debt including bad debt reserve, write-off and coordinating with Accounting/lawyer for sending the case to court process till the end.
8. Preparing and monitoring Bank Reconcile Statement.
9. Provide detail/ documents and coordinate with external auditors.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Financial Manager
