Senior General Purchasing

1. Administering all daily incoming and outgoing documents or things.
2. Supporting all departments by contacting service providers such as IT service, etc.
3. Managing consumables, stationery and general equipment by coordinating with all departments and suppliers.
4. Preparing some reports and/or document as assigned
5. Coordinating to receive and collect some documents from employees
6. Contacting customers for payment confirmation
7. Perform related tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Only Female, age 22 35 years
2. Bachelors Degree in any related fields
3. At least 1 year experience in purchasing field.
4. Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)
5. Proactive, multi tasking, patient, and high integrity
6. Good interpersonal skill and ability to clearly communicate with co-workers, partners and visitors
