HRD Manager 1. Taking responsibility for training & development within the organisation in relation to processes and efficiency in order to increase people skills & competencies as well as improve the learning management systemม career paths, training road maps, development programs and schedules, as well as designing curriculum and organizing training. 2. Managing succession planning and identifying in-house and external training requirements and sources. 3. Analyzing and designing assessment tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools in accordance with employee and company requirements. 4. Planning and managing training needs and analyzing those needs to identify and prioritize employees requirements for each level. 5. Preparing and implementing the annual training budget. 6. Conducting various other tasks assigned by HR Director
