| General Manager (Human Resource & Administration) |
Prepare and implement the annual HR Plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company.
Identify, design and implement strategic HR projects, as and when required.
Developing organization strategies and Leading employee to strategic goal.
Responsibilities in all HR&ADMIN Department directly.
Assist and Report directly to Managing Director. |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร |
1. Male, 40-50 years old.
2. Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field.
3. At least 10 - 15 years work experience in human resource management or organization development
4. Excellent communication in English. Japanese is plus.
5. Pleasant personality and good presentation and coordination skills.
6. Positive, active, creative, progressive and dynamic personality. |
