| Store Manager / Shop Manager |
Execute and support Company and Store Managers business objectives
Actively engage the Store Manager on efforts towards store profitability and team performance and morale
React and plan using store statistics and available visit/audit reports
Ensure store expenditures fall within payroll plans and support sales goals
Collaborate with the Visual Manager, Assistant Managers and other Co-Managers (if applicable) to integrate operational and visual objectives
Actively ensure store is properly staffed and trained
Drive a store-wide fun, exciting and rewarding culture
Communicate merchandise transfer opportunities to Store Manager
Keep updated on Operations and Visual Memos
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Partner with Store Manager for all outstanding-unresolved store issues |

1. Minimum 7 years in Retail industry out of which at least 2-3 years should be in fashion retail.
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Good command of English
4. Available for work as shift (morning and afternoon).
5. Fulltime position.
