Sale Operation Supervisor - Direct Sale & E Business

Monitoring and manage operation team in direct sales channels e.g. E-commerce, telemarketing.
Handling and improve operation process to reach customer satisfaction and company standard operation process.
Building strong operation staff team skills and capability.
Manage and handle Sales operation issues as a leader.
Coordinate and work closely with other departments and other parties across various functional areas i.e Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, Brand management, Logistic and Fulfillment service.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male/Female, Age 25-32 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistic or related field
3. Have 3 years experience in operation or related field or At least 1 year as a operation team leader/supervisor
4. Have 3 years experience in direct sales, telemarketing, Logistics, Call center, E-commerce field will be advantage.
5. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills a must
6. Good communication, leadership and people management skills
7. Result orientated team player
8. Service-minded, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
9. Able to work at Wireless Road (ถนนวิทยุ) Bangkok
