Sales Administrator - Direct Sale & E-Business (Subcontract) - Bangkok Office

Handling sales order processing including purchase order, payment process, issue receipts/tax invoice.
Monitoring order fulfillment , stock control and delivery service.
Supporting customer order enquiry via Call center , E-mail.
Processing all sales-related documents e.g. Sales report, Customer report.
Coordinate with cross-functional areas i.e Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service , Logistic and Fulfillment service.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female Age 22-30 years old
2. Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
3. No experience required or 1 year experience in administrative, secretarial, customer service or sales will be advantage
4. Must be able to work accurately and efficiently
5. Result orientated team player
6. Carry Positive & Can-do Attitude with Pleasant personality
7. Service-minded, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
9. Able to work at Wireless Road (ถนนวิทยุ) Bangkok
