Engineering Manager • Manages operations on site and to oversee and liaise with a team of site technician staff • Attends to Tenants requests, complaints and enquires • Manages and maintains Strata Titled units/Landed Properties and to perform FSM duties • Manages all upgrading and A&A works on sites and to supervise both term and ad-hoc contractors relating to building maintenance • Ensures timely submission of reports and preparation of budgets to higher HQ • Any other duties as and when required

อัตรา  3 อัตรา เงินเดือน  30,000 - 50,000 บาท สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน  downtown Bangkok (สาทร, สุขุมวิท, อโศก, พระราม 9, แจ้งวัฒนา ฯลฯ) จังหวัด  กรุงเทพมหานคร

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. • Thai nationality aged 30-45 years 2. • Relevant Degree education preferably in Electrical, Mechanical and all other Engineering background 3. • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Property Management 4. • Experience in Building Retail & Shopping Mall Maintenance Systems will be added advantage 5. • Good people management skills, presentation and communication skills 6. • Self-driven, pleasant personality, resourceful and a good team player
