| The position is responsible for all aspects of HR functions in the area or site designated by the Human Resources Manager. The incumbent will ensure the smooth, efficiencies and effective HR operations. He/She will also supervise his/her subordinate HR staff under his/her responsibilities. (Job description will be separately provided later) |

1. Male or Female.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
3. 1-3 years experiences in HRM and knowledge of HR Jobs or related field.
4. Activities; assists in implementing staff orientation program.
5. Computer Literate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Monitoring Recruitment Examination Process and arrange shortlist candidate.
7. Strong interpersonal skill and able to work with individual at all levels Knowledge of labour law,Employee relation and people.
