| Marketing Representative |
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Receive customer requirement and respond promptly
- Educate relevant information of company products and services
- Process all step and documents related to the sales activities in time
- Communicate with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Handle and resolve customer problem and complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Submit monthly activity reports to the manager
- Maintain customer databases
- Work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm |
