Admin Analyst Officer

-Research, analyze, and present data to management as assigned.
-Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
-Meet with management to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities.
-Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs.
-Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Skills & Specifications :-
-Good written and verbal skills.
-Project management and process development skills.
-Relationship management skills.
-Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields from an accredited institution.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Economics, Auditing, Quality Assurance, Engineering or related fields.
3. Experience in consulting company is preferable.
4. English communication skill.
5. Good computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *
