-Able to analyse sourcing channel to relevant with positions requirement
-Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with all parties involved
-Develop a search strategy, sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessing and recommending them to other business units

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Age 25-30 years
2. Bachelors Degree or higher preferably in Human Resource Management, Political Science or any other related field.
3. At least 1-3 years in recruitment
4. Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
5. *Good command of English !!
6. *Computer literacy.( Skill in Excel is a must) !!
7. Good knowledge of skill development and related legal requirements.
8. Proactive, independent, self-motivated, service minded.
9. Pleasant personality and strong coordination skills.
