Production Manager • Lead production team to deliver finished products according to production plan. • Set up and operate machine, provide proper tooling and equipment to support manufacturing process. • Ensure production processes are controlled to meet quality standard. • Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time while maintain safety, quality and cost. • Analyze root cause and lead production team for problem solving to prevent recurrence. • Provide training and coaching team to improve their competency level.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Male/Female, age over 30 years old 2. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields. 3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in production or manufacturing process (Sheet Metal back ground will be an advantage) 4. Knowledge of Kaizen, ISO9001 and safety 5. Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and presentation 6. Good command of written or spoken in English 7. Good team management, leadership, planning, problem solving, and presentation skill 8. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
