MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Client/Stakeholder Management
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site clients expectations are met
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization
On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the clients premises
Procurement & Vendor Management
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as company best practice
Health & Safety Management
This role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect
their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements
of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules
Site Operations Management
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best
Practice operations
Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained
at all times
Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
Risk Management
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Adhere to companys business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firms
guidelines, procedures and strategies
Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with companys
business conduct

1. เพศชาย เท่านั้น / อายุ 25-35 ปี
2. บุคลิกคล่องแคล่ว มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานธุรการ หรือ ประสานงานมาก่อน
4. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ปานกลาง
