Customer Service Supervisor (สาขา รพ.กรุงเทพ พัทยา)

To adhere to SODEXO WAY Service Standards
To co-ordinate with all department of operation in ensuring highest customer satisfaction is provided by tailoring service and products to individuals or special needs
To resolve satisfaction shortfall with patients and hospital staff and ensuring corrective actions are taken
To conduct satisfaction survey and take corrective action when customers expectations are not met
To actively detect potential problems and take proactive actions in ensuring highest customer satisfaction
To build a positive and constructive relation with ward staff to ensure open and effective communication is maintained or improved
To act as an interpreter when required
To carry out any other tasks as required by immediate supervisor.
