HR Service Officer
รายละเอียดงาน -Handle, process and verify customers request via e-mail in order to sending request to financial department
-Sending cheque to customers
-Record and follow up staff timesheet
-Create ID for staffs and prepare material for training twice per month
-Coordinate with government to check ID and criminal result of candidates
-Liaise with Company and Education Institute to check background of candidates
-Control background check process to ensure it align with due date
-Update database, control sheet and filing document
-Provide document or soft file of background check if customer or others request
-Initiate and implement to improve work flow and process

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. -Female, Age 20 28 years old.
2. -Bachelors degree in any field
3. -Minimum 1 year experience in administrative, HR or accounting tasks
4. -Good command of English will be an advantage
5. -Strong communication, negotiation skills and can work under pressure
6. -Well-organized, result-oriented and can work independent
7. -IT literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
